Is your agent actually licensed in Dubai?

Every real estate broker working legally in Dubai holds a licence number from the Land Department. Search the register of 34,123 licensed brokers by name, by firm, or by the licence number they gave you.

What this does and doesn’t tell you

  • A match means registered, not vouched for. It confirms the person holds a licence. It says nothing about whether they are good at the job or honest in a particular deal.
  • No match is worth a question, not an accusation. People change firms, spellings differ, and a register snapshot can lag a new licence. Ask for the licence number directly and search that — it is exact.
  • We show identity only. The register also publishes brokers’ phone numbers and emails. This checker never shows either, and we hold no phone numbers at all — showing them would make this a directory for cold-callers rather than a check for buyers. We have written to some brokers by email, from addresses the register publishes, and each of those messages carries an unsubscribe link.
