Agent & Agency Agreement

You represent that you hold every real estate brokerage licence or registration required by UAE and Dubai law — including registration on the Real Estate Brokers Register under Bylaw No. 85 of 2006 — for the activity you carry on through the Platform, and that you will keep it current and tell us within seven days if it lapses.

Where you give a licence number, Keyva checks it against the Land Department's published broker register and shows the name and brokerage that number is registered to, beside your own. That check confirms the number exists in the register. It cannot confirm that you are the person it belongs to, and it is not a representation by Keyva that you are licensed, competent, or suitable. Readers are told to compare the two names themselves.

Consumers who opt in to agent contact may appear in your dashboard, shown first-name-only. You may send them an offer; their full contact details are revealed to you only if they accept it. You agree to use any contact details you receive solely to follow up on that specific opportunity — not to add the person to unrelated marketing lists, sell their data, or contact them through other channels first obtained via the Platform.

Keyva does not guarantee any minimum number, quality, or conversion rate of leads.

Information you add to your public profile (experience, specialties, deals closed, languages, availability) is self-reported. You're responsible for its accuracy. Self-reported figures like deals closed are labeled as such and are not independently verified by Keyva.

Introductions are free and Keyva takes no payment for them — not per lead, not per introduction, not as a share of any commission, and not through a subscription whose value is the introductions themselves.

This is a legal boundary rather than a pricing decision, and it is stated here so it is not quietly crossed later. Under Bylaw No. 85 of 2006 a brokerage arrangement is one where a person undertakes, for remuneration, to find a counterparty and represent a client in negotiations. Keyva does neither: it introduces a consenting buyer to you, takes nothing for it, represents nobody, and negotiates nothing. Charging for the introduction would make it brokerage, which requires registration Keyva does not hold.

Other Agent features may become paid in future, with reasonable advance notice before a feature you already use becomes paid. Should Keyva ever charge for introductions, it will first obtain the registration that requires, and will say so.

Misrepresenting your identity, license status, or affiliation; attempting to circumvent the consent-based contact system; harassing or repeatedly contacting a consumer who has not accepted your offer; posting false or misleading claims on your public profile.

We may suspend or revoke Agent status for violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable law, with or without notice depending on severity.

You are solely responsible for any transaction, advice, or representation you make to a consumer. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, consistent with the Terms of Service.
